Donatas Rumšas, born on March 21, 1988 in Lithuania, is a 36-year-old Lithuanian football referee. He made his debut in the A Lyga, the top tier of Lithuanian football, on August 17, 2011, in the match between Banga Gargždai and Klaipėda, which ended 3-1.
