Iper Akarsu, born on October 9, 1995 in Yenimahalle, Ankara, is a Turkish football referee who has been gaining recognition in the national leagues. Residing in Ankara, Akarsu started his refereeing career in 2014 and has shown steady progression in the field of officiating.
In the 2024/2025 season, Akarsu has officiated several matches in the Turkish Süper Lig.
