The Vitality Stadium, originally known as Dean Court, is the home of AFC Bournemouth, located in Boscombe, a suburb of Bournemouth, Dorset, England. Opened in 1910, the stadium has witnessed the club's evolution over more than a century. With a capacity of 11,307 spectators, it is the smallest stadium in the Premier League.
Throughout its history, the stadium has carried various names due to sponsorship deals, including Fitness First Stadium, Seward Stadium, and Goldsands Stadium, until adopting the name Vitality Stadium in 2015.
In December 2024, the club's owner, Bill Foley, announced plans to build a new stadium with a capacity of 18,500 spectators, with the aim of opening it in the summer of 2027. This project, estimated between £80 and £90 million, aims to provide the club with facilities more in line with its Premier League status.
Under the guidance of coach Andoni Iraola, AFC Bournemouth has achieved notable victories at Vitality Stadium, including wins against teams like Arsenal and Manchester City, consolidating its position in the Premier League.
