The Banco Guayaquil Stadium is a modern sports venue located in Amaguaña, a rural parish of the Metropolitan District of Quito, and serves as the official home of the Ecuadorian club Independiente del Valle. This stadium represents a symbol of the club's institutional growth after winning the 2019 Copa Sudamericana. It was inaugurated on March 20, 2021 and stands out for its contemporary design, functionality, and technological efficiency.

With a capacity for 12,000 spectators, all with individually numbered seats, it is the first stadium in Ecuador with this feature. Its structure includes three main stands: western, eastern, and southern, as well as 30 corporate suites, high-level press boxes, VIP areas, and an interactive museum that tells the club's history. It also has a mobile app that allows fans to buy tickets, follow real-time statistics, and order food without leaving their seats. In terms of mobility, it also has a parking lot with space for 1,500 vehicles.

One of the most emblematic moments of the stadium was the first official match played on the same day of its opening, where Independiente del Valle defeated Delfín SC 2-0, with Lorenzo Faravelli scoring the first goal in the history of the venue. Later on, it hosted international matches such as the friendly between Ecuador and Bolivia in March 2021, and was the setting for the first leg final of the 2023 Supercopa Sudamericana against Flamengo, consolidating its prestige at the continental level.

Built with an investment of approximately 18 million dollars, financed by Banco Guayaquil, the entity also acquired the naming rights. This stadium stands out not only for its aesthetics and technology, but for representing a vision of the future: a commitment to the development of Ecuadorian football and to a comprehensive and inclusive sports experience.
