Villa Park, located in Birmingham, England, is the stadium of Aston Villa Football Club since 1897. With a capacity of 42,918 spectators, it is one of the most iconic venues in English football.

Throughout its history, Villa Park has hosted numerous prominent events, including 55 FA Cup semifinals, more than any other stadium in England. Furthermore, it has hosted 16 international matches of the English national team and was a venue during the 1966 FIFA World Cup and the 1996 UEFA European Championship

The stadium consists of four main stands: the Holte End, the Trinity Road Stand, the North Stand, and the Doug Ellis Stand, each with its own distinctive design. This configuration gives it a unique identity and reflects the rich architectural history of the venue.

In December 2022, the club announced plans for an ambitious redevelopment that would include the reconstruction of the North Stand, raising the total stadium capacity to 52,500 seats. However, in December 2023, these plans were indefinitely postponed.
