The Estádio do Clube Desportivo das Aves, inaugurated on December 8, 1981, is located in Vila das Aves, Portugal. Originally, the stadium had a capacity of 12,500 spectators, but after several renovations, it can currently accommodate 8,560 people.
Throughout its history, the stadium has witnessed significant moments, especially during the 1999-2000 season when Clube Desportivo das Aves ascended to the Primeira Liga for the second time in its history. This achievement led to renovations in 2000 to adapt the facilities to the demands of the top tier of Portuguese football.
In 2004, the French national team used this stadium as a training ground in preparation for that year's European Championship, highlighting the quality of its facilities.
Currently, the stadium is home to AVS Futebol SAD, which competes in the Portuguese Primeira Liga. The stadium's structure, with stands close to the field, offers fans an intimate and vibrant experience during matches.
