The Manuel Murillo Toro Stadium is an iconic sports venue located in Ibagué, Colombia, with a capacity to accommodate 28,100 spectators. Inaugurated on July 20, 1955, it has been the home of Deportes Tolima, a team in the First Category A of Colombian soccer.

Throughout its history, the stadium has undergone several renovations. Initially, it had a capacity for 3,000 spectators, expanding to 18,000 in 1970 and reaching its current capacity after further reforms. In 1981, it suffered a tragic accident when a stand collapsed, resulting in the death of 17 people and several injuries, leading to significant reconstruction.

The stadium has hosted numerous significant sporting events, including matches from the Copa Libertadores and the Copa Sudamericana. Additionally, it has hosted concerts by renowned artists such as Shakira and Carlos Vives.

Recently, in 2019, the stadium's lighting system was modernized, enhancing the experience for both players and spectators.

The Manuel Murillo Toro Stadium is not only a sports center but also a symbol of the culture and soccer passion of Ibagué and the Tolima department.
