The Fortuna Sittard Stadion is a multifunctional stadium located in Sittard, the Netherlands, and serves as the home of the Fortuna Sittard football team. Inaugurated on November 14, 1999, the stadium has a capacity for 12,500 spectators.
Located in an industrial estate, the stadium replaced the old De Baandert, the former club's venue. A notable feature is its multi-level underground parking lot with a capacity for 800 vehicles, supplemented by two additional parking areas nearby.
Over the years, the stadium has been known by different names due to sponsorship agreements, including Wagner & Partners Stadion, Trendwork Arena, and Offermans Joosten Stadion. In 2013, expansion projects were initiated, including the construction of an adjacent sports center, a hotel, and a supermarket, giving the stadium a renewed and modern appearance.
During an Eredivisie match in October 2019, the stadium witnessed an unusual incident where the visiting team briefly played with 12 players on the field due to a substitution error, sparking controversy and subsequent debates.
