Erik Lambrechts

Erik Lambrechts, born on September 17, 1984 in Leuven, Belgium, is a Belgian football referee who has gained recognition in national and international competitions. He began his career in the Belgian Pro League and has been part of the FIFA referees panel since 2014. 

In the 2024/2025 season, Lambrechts has been appointed to officiate prominent matches, including UEFA Champions League games. For example, he officiated the match between FC Barcelona and BSC Young Boys on October 1, 2024, which ended in a 5-0 victory for the Spanish team.
