Sebastian Gishamer was born on October 13, 1988 in Austria and has built a solid career as a football referee. His debut in the Austrian Bundesliga came in 2016, and three years later, in 2019, he was included in the list of international referees by FIFA, which opened the doors to European competitions.
Since then, he has officiated matches in the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League, establishing himself as a reliable referee on the continental stage. One of his recent notable matches was the England vs. Belgium on March 26, 2024, a friendly played at Wembley, where he managed a duel with world-class stars.
