Bramall Lane is a football stadium located in Sheffield, England, and is home to the Sheffield United Football Club. Opened in 1855, it is considered the oldest professional football stadium in the world still in use.

Originally conceived as a cricket field, Bramall Lane has witnessed a rich sporting history. On July 3, 1902, it hosted a cricket test match between England and Australia. Additionally, on October 14, 1878, it was the scene of the first football match under floodlights, with an attendance of 20,000 spectators.

With a current capacity of 32,050 spectators, the stadium has undergone several renovations and expansions over the years to meet modern needs and enhance fans' experience.

A notable curiosity is that Bramall Lane is one of the few stadiums that has hosted top-level football and cricket matches, as well as international rugby matches and boxing events, establishing itself as a true sports icon in the UK.
