In addition to Chelsea FC matches, it has hosted international matches of the English national team and various national cup finals.

The stadium is composed of four main stands: the Matthew Harding Stand, the East Stand, the Shed End, and the West Stand. Each offers a unique perspective of the pitch and contributes to the vibrant atmosphere that characterizes Stamford Bridge on matchdays.
