The Ashton Gate Stadium is a multifunctional sports venue located in Bristol, England. Opened in 1887, it is the home of Bristol City FC football team and Bristol Bears rugby team. Following a major renovation completed in 2016, the stadium has a capacity of 26,462 spectators and offers modern facilities for various sports and cultural events.

The stadium consists of four interconnected stands: the Dolman Stand, the South Stand, and the double-level Lansdown Stand. The latter, named in honor of the main shareholder Stephen Lansdown, is the largest in the stadium and houses executive boxes as well as hospitality areas.

In addition to football and rugby matches, Ashton Gate has hosted numerous concerts and events, consolidating its position as a hub for entertainment in the southwest of England. Internationally renowned artists like The Rolling Stones, Elton John, and The Killers have performed at this iconic venue.

During the renovation, solar panels were installed on the roof of the Lansdown Stand, allowing the stadium to generate renewable energy and reduce its carbon footprint.
