Enea Jorgji

Enea Jorgji, born on August 15, 1984 in Elbasan, Albania, is an Albanian football referee who has played a prominent role in both national and international competitions. He began his career in the Albanian Superliga in 2002 and has been part of the UEFA referees panel since 2011. 

Throughout his career, Jorgji has been appointed to officiate matches in important European tournaments, including qualifying rounds of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. His involvement in these matches reflects the trust placed in his ability to handle high-level games. 

In 2022, Enea Jorgji was recognized as the first Albanian referee to achieve the top category of UEFA, allowing him to officiate in UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds, as well as matches in the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League, including group stages. This achievement represents a significant milestone for Albanian refereeing on the international stage.
