The Estadio Bautista Gargantini, known as"La Catedral", is the home of Club Sportivo Independiente Rivadavia, located in the General San Martín Park in Mendoza, Argentina. Inaugurated on April 5, 1925, the stadium owes its name to Bautista Gargantini, one of the founders and five times president of the institution.

With a capacity for 24,000 spectators, the Bautista Gargantini stands out for having been a pioneer in the country by building the first cement stand, known as the west stand. Over the years, it has undergone various renovations, including the construction of new stands in 1965 and renovations in 2008 and 2011 that improved dressing rooms, access and removed fences in the seating area.

An interesting fact is that the land where the stadium is located was donated to the club in 1923 by the then governor of Mendoza, José Néstor Lencinas, with the aim of promoting social inclusion through sports. Since then, the Bautista Gargantini has become an icon of Mendoza and Argentine football.
